How do I choose my size?
Please refer to our size guide before purchasing. For corsets if you are in between sizes we recommend sizing down. For all other garments we recommend sizing up. If you are still unsure please reach out and we can help you decide the best size for you!
Do you ship internationally? Currently we do not offer international shipping at checkout - however if you are from outside Australia and are interested in our products please reach out and we can give you a quote for shipping to your location!
What fabrics do you use? All garments are made using natural, breathable fabrics, including cotton and cotton-linen blends.
How long does shipping take? Each The House of Whimsy piece is handmade with care. Please allow time for production (each garment should have expected fulfillment time noted) along with 3 days for dispatch. All products are sent via Australia Post which currently has time frames as follows:
Regular
Same state: 2-4 business days
Interstate: 3-6 business days
Express
Same state: 1-2+ business days
Interstate: 1-3+ business days
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the handmade nature of our garments, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please contact us within 14 days if there is an issue with your order.
